Everson’s Karate is a great way to benefit your overall health and daily stamina. It is the best stress reducing exercise program I have participated in. The instructors are as enthusiastic as they are knowledgeable – they make sweating fun! All fitness levels will benefit from Everson’s Karate. The Self-Defense program has greatly increased my sense of security. The class is not intimidating, it’s empowering! In combination with Cardio or taken alone, it takes fitness to a new level, by increasing strength and agility.
